Do I need a TEFL/ TESOL certificate?

Not before you apply. However, if you do not have 2 years relevant Post-Graduate Work Experience, you will need to complete a minimum 120 hour online TEFL during your Pre-Departure Phase. Your School will let you know their exact requirements when you interview with them.

Which Countries are Considered ‘Native English Speaking’

The vast majority of authorities in China consider Passport Holders from the following countries as ‘Native English Speaking’; United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand and South Africa.
