Energetic, Enthusiastic American Football Coaches are required in Beijing and Shanghai

 

Passionate about football? Do you have the ability to inspire character, reliance and self-responsibility in your students? This is an amazing opportunity to coach football to children in either Beijing or Shanghai!

 

Role & Responsibilities

 

  • Three days working at the office between Mondays to Friday 
  • Weekly staff meetings 
  • Requirement to attend infrequent meetings during morning rest hours if need arises.  
  • Coaching of classes during the week
  • Potential to be sent to marketing events for the purpose of bringing in new students during the week 
  • Potential to be assigned to coach football camps in and outside of the city
  • Two full days of weekend classes at an assigned field
  • Being assigned to special marketing events during the weekend or one time demo classes 
  • Potential to coach a youth team for our youth tackle league
  • Potential to be required to act as referee for games 
  • Required to attend special events throughout the year including certain holiday parties and marketing events. 
  • Clean/set up field

Full training will be provided

 

Candidate Requirements

 

  • Native English passport holder
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years minimum coaching experience
  • Class Time Attitude

There are a number of factors that contribute to making a good foreign coach.The most important factor determining the enjoyment of the kids participating and the adults watching the class is the level of energy; your energy level is critical to the success of the class! You must also be able to demonstrate confidence, complete control, and patiently support your players.

  • Energy & Enthusiasm

When coaching youth sports, the teacher sets the example for the players. Your behaviour and your attitude become those of your students. Given the language barrier, your students may not understand everything you say but they and their parents will understand the energy you put forth and  your behaviour.

 

Salary

 

  • Base salary 6,000RMB and Class Fee RMB150 per hour, guaranteed monthly salary of RMB13,000 RMB  
  • Accommodation provided
  • Flight reimbursement, airport pick up, local insurance, annual leave allowance.
