School Introduction
Sichuan Normal University’s affiliated Primary school are looking for passionate individuals wishing to work as English teacher in China’s Panda Captial, Chengdu.
The taught curriculum is provided by Learning Tree, who offer the Oxford University Press courses, such including; ’Read Write Inc’, ‘Oxford Reading Tree’, ‘Oxford Oral English’, and ‘Oxford Playscripts’.
In addition to the Oxford courses, Learning Tree have successfully launched and developed the Cambridge International Science and Maths courses for Grade 1 and 2, with the expansion to Grade 3 from September 2018.
The school are looking for passionate, enthusiastic individual to join their team from March 2018. Also, four additional teachers to join from September 2018.
Teachers will be expected to take on the following responsibilites:
1.1. Deliver Oxford English classes to students aged between 6 to 12.
1.2. Deliver Cambridge International Course for Grades 1 and 2 students. This includes Cambridge Maths and Cambridge Science courses. From September, the course will also be offered to Grade 3.
1.3. Assist with planning course curriculum. As well as, helping plan Holiday events, activities and parties for the students.
1.4. Participate in marketing activities assigned by company.
1.5. Participate in weekly teaching seminars, report teaching plans, share and learn teaching experience.
1.6. Prepare the teaching aids for the lesson with the teaching assistants.
1.7. Participate in teacher training held by company and other institutions.

Salary Range: RMB12,000-14,000 per month (depending on experience)

Qualifications and Eligibility
Education: Minimum Bachelors Degree Certificate, TEFL/TESOL Certificate Holder (not required at point of application)
Experience: 2 years English teaching experience is preferred, but not essential. Applications are welcome from candidates of all levels of experience.
Other: Clean criminal record background check.
