School Introduction
History, Drama and Music teachers are required in public schools across Shenzhen. You’ll need to be passionate about your subject area, and be able to convey this passion to your students. Middle and High School roles are available, with an early September start date. The role is Monday to Friday, with 16-18 teaching periods per week.
An excellent salary package is available to include: a very competitive monthly salary, flight reimbursement within the first month of work, start-up loan to assist with accommodation rental costs, and weekly Mandarin lesson.

Salary Range: Junior Subject Teacher (Basic Requirements met) RMB15,001-17,000 Senior Subject Teacher (Master’s Degree and 5+years teaching experience) RMB18,412-20,000

Qualification and Eligibility
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area, or experience of teaching the subject. Enthusiastic recent graduates will be considered. A Passport from a native English speaking country (UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa) *Masters in relevant subject required for senior teacher
Experience: Applicants are welcome from all levels of experience. For Senior subject teaching roles, however, you must have a minimum of 5 years teaching experience
Other: Clean criminal record background check.

Training and Support
SeaDragon offer a supportive working environment, with the guidance and support of an American and Britsh Foreign Teacher Managers. On arrival, teachers receive orientation training and are supported to find an apartment. Regular social events are organised to socialise and network with other teachers, as well as teacher training and mentoring sessions.
